Anti-Government or Anti-Competence

They call themselves anti-government. The Conservatives like to blame the problem economy on too much government and too much government spending. However, based upon the failed attempts of Gingrich and Perry to have their names appear on the Virginia primary ballot, it appears that ant-government is just another way of spelling incompetent. It appears that neither had the necessary organization to secure the required number of signed petitions for them to be on the ballot. Surely, one or both will find some way to blame their failures on things other than themselves but one has to question the competence of a candidate who cannot accomplish the first step in getting elected to office. With failures at this stage of a political venture, what might voters expect in the way of incompetence if ever sworn in to office. Can America afford another Katrina style performance?
