Dignity Of A President?

In a round of interviews, the Republican candidate, Willard M. Romney,  defended his account of his role at Bain, and said President Obama owed him an apology for an aide's suggestion that the Security and Exchange Commission filings, if false, could bring a felony charge."This is simply beneath the dignity of the presidency of the United States," Romney told ABC.  Unfortunately, none of the interviewers asked Romney about the story that he actually outsourced Massachusetts jobs while governor of that state.  None of the interviewers asked Romney about any of the 59 statements proven to be inaccurate that he made while competing for the Republican nomination.  The various interviewers also failed to ask Romney whether the negative comments made by his Republican contenders for the nomination also were deserving of apology. Telling the truth is not just the providence of the President, but should also be a requirement of anyone hoping to be elected to that office.  Where are the apologies from Romney or his staff for any of the following
ten lies from Romney:

1.              Romney lied about his own first name
2.              Romney lied about defense spending and falsely claiming Obama has made "huge" cuts in the defense budget
3.              Romney's staff gloated about his TV ad lied about Obama and the economy
4.              Romney's lied that Obama has increased the national debt more than all other presidents combined
5.              Romney's lied about his plans to give huge tax cuts to people like himself
6.              Romney's  lied about President Obama's so-called "Apology Tour"
7.              Romney's lied about his father and Martin Luther King
8.              Romney's lied that President Obama is responsible for ALL the job losses in the recession
9.              Romney caught lied by Rachel Maddow about his "Obama made the recession worse" remarks
10.  Romney lied about the activities of his SuperPac in Iowa

By the way, for any readers of this blog, this is but ten of fifty-nine instances where Willard Mitt Romney failed to tell the truth.  Is this what we have come to expect from an American President, even a Republican President?
