It appears that conservatives are living in a very unique universe. The conservative answer (at least the NRA’s answer) to preventing gun violence is more guns. Apparently the NRA dose not see that without guns there would be no gun violence. Here’s a tip Wayne, it takes a gun to fire a bullet. Bullets, by themselves, without guns, have not been known to commit mass murders. If you can find evidence to the contrary, Wayne, please provide it. One should not be surprised at conservative logic. Conservatives feel that the best way to reduce a federal deficit is to cut taxes. Apparently they have been drinking the same beverage as the gun lobby to conclude that reducing revenue is a way to reduce a deficit. How they conclude that a government taking in less tax revenue has the same amount or more to spend is somewhat contrary to economic history or economic reality. In the same vein, the conservative solution to reversing a recession is to cut spending. Conservatives must not have received the memo that the primary cause of economic recession is a reduction of economic activity which is caused by reduced spending on the part of either the private sector, the government sector, or both. So in the world of conservatives gun violence is prevented by more guns, fiscal deficits by less revenue, and economic downturn by less economic activity. Based upon that line of thinking one might assume that in the conservative world, unwanted pregnancies and fewer abortions can be the result of more fucking and fewer contraceptives. According to Constanza..."It's not a lie if you believe it".
