Election Reality

While there are disgruntled Trump voters trying to overturn the results of the 2020 election there is a complete failure to accept the reality that more Americans voted for Biden than Trump.  While there are probably many reasons for the difference it is also a reality that Trump was not only an ineffective presient but his reelection campaign offered no one a single reason to give him a second term in office.  His campaign continued on the insult and demean tactic he used in 2016 and that tactic was virtually useless against Joe Biden.  In Michigan the final vote was Biden 2,804,040, 154,188 more than Trump’s 2,649,852. (It is interesting that in the 2020 Senate race in Michigan, held at the same time and on the same ballot as the Presidential race, Peters, the Democrat, received 2,734,568 while James, the Republican got 2,642,233, both of which mirrored the presidential votes. (One has to wonder how there could have been fraudulent votes for president but not for senators!) The story in Wisconsin was Biden getting 1,630,866 votes, 20,682 more votes than Trump who received 1,610,184 votes and in Pennsylvania Biden won by 81,660 votes receiving 3,459,923 votes to Trump’s 3,378,263 votes.  Altogether in the battleground states of Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania Biden received 256,530 more votes than Trump and in the popular vote Biden received 81,284,000 votes, 7,063,000 more than Trump, and breaking President Obama’s record for most votes ever cast for a U.S. presidential candidate.  How anyone in their right mind think there is a chance the Biden election victory will be overturned is bat-crap crazy.  Each election has a reality.  That reality is there is a winner and there is a loser.  In 2020, Biden was the hands down winner and Trump was a record setting loser.
