Loser-in-Chief

Brad Parscale says Trump would have 'won by a landslide' if he showed empathy during COVID.  President Trump’s former campaign manager, offered his theory for why Trump lost the election. Parscale was fired from the campaign in July. He said that Trump’s attitude toward COVID-19 is to blame for his loss. “One, two percent possibly we lost of suburban families, right? The men and women in the suburbs. Philly suburbs. Atlanta suburbs. I think that goes to one thing, and I think it was the decision on COVID to go for opening the economy versus public empathy,” Parscale said. “And I think a young family with a young child who were scared to take them back to school wanted to see an empathetic president and an empathetic Republican Party. And I think that— and I said this multiple times, and he chose a different path.”  President-Elect Joe Biden scored a massive victory over Trump in the election, garnering over 80 million votes, the most in U.S. history, and more than 6 million more votes than Trump. But Trump did the second most votes in a Presidential Election in the Nation’s history.  And, Parscale believes that had Trump handled the pandemic differently, he would have coasted to re-election.  “We had a difference on this. I thought we should have public empathy. I think people were scared,” Parscale said, adding, “And I think if he would have been publicly empathetic, he would have won by a landslide. I think he could have leaned into it instead of run away from it.”  But, fortunately for the American people, Trump managed his election with the same lack of skill and the very identical incompetence he has shown running Trump Organization businesses...just another Trump fuckup!  Much in the same way he managed to fail in the casino business or running an airline he showed his total lack of skill running his reelection campaign.  This was no stolen election as claimed by Trump. The 2020 Election was a perfect example of a failure to do anything to attract voters.  He relied on his 2016 playbook failing to realize that he won in 2016 because of the horrendous mistakes on the part of the Clinton campaign.  His 2016 and subsequent 2020 playbook was, fortunately for America, not a winning formula.  All he had was his ability to lie and mislead completely lacking in leadership skills, a knowledge of how government works, or an ability to admit to mistakes and learn from those mistakes.  Fortunately, those who might have been in a position to influence Trump “let Trump be Trump.  Trump personally earned the title, Loser-in-Chief.
