Selective Fraud

It appears that 126 members of the House of Representatives have “signed on” to the lawsuit filed in the Supreme Court by the Attorney General of Texas in an attempt to overturn Joe Biden’s Presidential Victory.  It is not interesting that such a lawsuit was filed but what is extremely interesting and not yet raised as an issue in the press or other media is the real fact (not alternative fact!) that every ballot that may or may not have been a vote for either Biden or Trump was also a vote for or against one of the members of the House of Representatives.  One has to question why only the vote for the President is being challenged in this lawsuit.  One also has to question the possibility that on a given ballot one of the votes are fraudulent but none of the votes for other offices, House, Senate, or other down-ballot issues are considered fraudulent.  There are not separate ballots for the Representatives, each of whom stood for election at the same time as the election for President.  They were all on the same piece of paper , whether  an absentee ballot, a mail-in ballot, or an in person ballot.  Absentee and mail-in ballots are fed into a voting machine and all votes are scanned and recorded.  It is not possible to program a voting machine to accept voted for a Senator but not for the President.  The fact of the matter is these are all frivolous lawsuits being file either by or in behalf of an individual who did nothing during his first term in office to deserve re-election.  These lawsuits should all be thrown out by the courts and the lawyers filing these lawsuits to overturn the results of the 2020 Election should all be found in contempt, fined, and disbarred for abusing the legal system.
