Let’s Kill The EPA

It seems that the new rallying cry from the right is “Kill the EPA”. For some reason, all of a sudden, opposition to the EPA is growing on the right. The conservatives have found any number of EPA issues to use to whip up their minions into a campaign contributing frenzy. Kill the EPA they cry. Stop that leftist, Obama EPA program. Obama and the EPA will kill jobs, raise your electric rates, and otherwise bring death and destruction to your families and mine shout republicans seeking the Iowa presidential nomination. Well guys on the right...guess what...guess who signed into law the legislation creating the EPA. Was it Barack Obama? No! Was it Bill Clinton? No! The legislation creating the EPA was created and signed into law by that left-leaning, communist loving President by the name of Richard Nixon. That’s right, the EPA was Republican legislation. How do you like them egg-rolls??? (God, I really love it when Republican presidential candidates are so vocal when displaying their ignorance about the country they claim to be able to competently govern.)
