This is the voice of a former Eisenhower Republican who presently is witnessing the destruction of the middle class because of today's Republican politics and policies. Today, ideology trumps reality and practicality. The time has come for humans to take back the castles from the corporations. Comments are welcome, by the way.

Romney Lies
Most politicians tend to exaggerate when it comes to telling the truth. Regardless of party affiliation, they all make promises they now will never be kept in order to sway voters opinions. Many times, they actually do not have the ability to fulfill their promises since legislation must first be proposed to and passed by both Houses of Congress before being signed into law. However, having said that, this political season has managed to produce a record of misstatements, exaggerations, and outright lies. In particular, Willard Mitt Romney seems to be leading the pack in his inability to speak the truth. One has to wonder if he lacks the necessary staff to help him prevent misspeaking. Is there a congenital problem that results in his prevarications? Is he not aware of web sites that can fact check his claims and assertions? Does he think the American public is so stupid that they will believe anything he utters contrary to obvious evidence? Over the next six days this site will post some of Mitt (should I say Willard?) Romney’s misstatements. Why six days, you may ask... Because I will only post ten lies a day
