Facts or Lies

Over the course of the last days, Romney and Ryan have made claims that the Jeep Division of Chrysler Motors is moving jobs from Toledo, Ohio to China.  While nothing could be further from the truth and this claim has even been denied by the CEO of Chrysler as well as press releases from Chrysler that actually state the company is investing in modernizing the Toledo facility as well as adding employees to this facility, the Romney/Ryan claim continues.  Perhaps Romney/Ryan do not understand the difference between adding a totally different facility and shutting down an existing facility.  For an explanation, they only need to look no further than Freeport, Illinois.  Here, in a town in Illinois (which is in the United States, by the way)a company called Sensanata, owned by Bain Capital (a company of which Romney was CEO and still owns 51% of the stock) is in the process of shutting down and shipping 170 jobs to China.(http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/10/24/sensata-bain-mitt-romney_n_2009025.html)  Republican Presidential candidates must not realize that shutting down a company and shipping manufacturing equipment to China combined with the layoff of 170 employees is not considered by anyone in Freeport, IL, JOB CREATION!  In spite of denials and claims to the contrary, the Romney/Ryan campaign continues to spread this and other lies.  We are paying the price of having a President and Vice-President who think it is OK to lie to the American public or to lie to Congress.  Ask the survivors of the 4000 killed in action in Iraq whether it is OK for our Presidents to lie.  Romney/Ryan together have had difficulty separating fact from fiction.  Before even winning the nomination, fact-checkers enumerated over 59 Romney lies told during the campaign for the nomination.  At the republican nominating convention, even the press was floored by the number and scope of lies on the part of Paul Ryan in his acceptance speech.  The Republicans clamor for small government.  Where is their call for honest government?
