Terrorists

Who are the real terrorists in the minds of many Americans?  It is not someone in Afghanistan or Iraq planning an attack on a facility located in some foreign country.  Neither is it a “shoe bomber” or an “underwear bomber” attempting to board an airplane in Paris or London with the intent of blowing up that airplane in flight.  The real terrorist in the minds of most Americans to day, is some nut on their street with a hand gun or a semi-automatic weapon.  Far more Americans will suffer gun shot wounds at the hands of people in their cities or towns than will be shot by members of Taliban or al Qaeda.  If al Qaeda leaders were smart they would forget completely about attacking armed fortifications in Afghanistan, Iraq, or Africa and just provide guns to American, “law-abiding”, “good guys”.  Giving Americans living in both cities and the countryside more guns will result in far more deaths than crashing airplanes into buildings.  Given the past history of gun violence in America, al Qaeda could do far more damage without risk to their own lives and limbs by legally purchasing firearms and ammunition.  After which, pass out their purchases on many of the streets in America and just sit back and watch Americans killing Americans without a risk to their own safety. The real terrorists do not live and commit mayhem outside the borders of the U.S.A.  The real terrorists are domestic with the help of Wayne LaPierre and the American gun manufacturers.
