Ted Cruz says Senate will likely blockade Biden's nominations based on debunked election fraud allegations which goes to prove that the Republican party is now made up not only of assholes but of stupid assholes who completely lack the skill and ability to competently govern. It is a question for the ages as to why Americans keep returning these incompetents to office. This is especially true when one considers the fact that the majority of voters for republican legislators actually vote in contrary to their own interests. Over 10 million Americans are out of work because of the incompetence of a republican administration to competently deal with pandemic virus yet a significant majority of those out of worked voted for legislators who oppose extending various economic aid needed by those without jobs and without income. Lines of cars seeking food assistance are blocks long with hours of waiting for food assistance but again, many spending an entire day in line for food assistance voted for a republican legislator or republican senator. The democratic controlled House of Representatives voted for an extension of the various economic assistances in March and here we are in December with the Republican Senator Majority Leader not even assigning the legislation to a committee, let alone bring it to the floor for a vote. Now republican “wisdom” is driving the party to continue to question the election results with the only supporting evidence lies from a fucked up president. This is not sound, competent government.
