Supposed you had a business and hired a person to manage and run this business in your behalf. You hired your employee based upon what you originally thought was his or her management skills and his or her previous accomplishments. In your job interview he or she came off as very competent and personable. However, after he or she had been on the job some things about his or her performance became apparent, such as:
- During the period of employment, there was a loss of 214,000 lives and the loss continues. This loss was primarily the result of an inability to manage the situation causing this loss.
- He or she continually claims to falsely claim the loss-causing situation will “just disappear”.
- Since being hired there has been an extreme loss of employees.
- This employee abused power and used the business to self enrich him or her self.
- He or she was actually threatened with being fired but managed to stave off a firing decision.
- He or she incited violence between others in the company.
- He or she has trafficked in racism and xenophobia.
- He or she kowtowed to the competition and trashed many alliances
- He or she totally failed to unite fellow employees towards a common goal preferring to try to divide everyone on one side or another.
In view of this past employment and absolute failure to do many of the tasks required of his or her job, why would anyone consider giving him another continuation of his or her contract?
