2024

While the 2020 election results are not yet official and while Donald Trump continues to claim a victory contrary to the unofficial results, he has been hinting that he will run again for President in 2024.  Considering how he has milked a gullible public for contributions for his 2020 campaign in spite of promises to self fund his election pursuits and, considering he is still successful bilking a gullible body of contributors to his various “legal defense” funds and any other thing he may imagine it is no wonder he might consider announcing a presidential aspiration for the 2024 election.  About the only successful venture over the campaign and presidency has been the Trump Presidential campaign.  He and his advisors were the recipients of millions of dollars and campaigning has been the most successful of all of the Trump ventures...more successful than his forway into the casino business, more financial rewarding than many of the Trump owned and Trump managed real estate ventures (look at the financial status of Trump Tower-Chicago).  And, the one thing that was a smashing Trump success was campaign rallies.  So, will he run for President again in 2024?  There is no doubt he will not forgo an opportunity to make money.  In addition many of his cast of advisors profited from his campaign fund raising and see no other business on the horizon that could be as financially rewarding so they, no doubt, will be encouraging him to run again privately and, after Biden is inaugurated, publically. Trump himself isn’t going away. He’ll have his PAC,  maybe he’ll have his new media venture, there’s that rumor — I’d call it a threat — that he's eyeing 2024.  Unlike Nixon who said he would not be “kicked around” again, Trump will still be with us.
