Once A Con Man

With all of the speculation about Donald Trump’s future it should be obvious that once a con man, always a con man.  Donald Trump turned campaign fund raising into a financial windfall for himself and some of his friends.  His mostg recent campaign manager, Brad Parscale, is reported to have billed the campaign over $1,000,000 for various services.  His son’s wives and girl friends are said to be on the campaign payroll for over $150,000 a year each.  Many of his former employees have managed to parlay their Trump Administration experience into cushiony media jobs at high salaries.  The various Trump businesses raked in food, beverage, and lodging money from both taxpayers and from the campaign over the course of his campaign and presidency.  In fact, it his presidency and campaigns were the most profitable factors in the Trump Organization.  His golf courses lose money.  Trump real estate actually managed bby the Trump Organization is a bust as his new Trump Chicago Tower. The only successful Trump-named properties are the properties owned and run by others that pay license fees to use the Trump name. So, what is the likelihood of Donald walking away from this fountain of money-making opportunity? Actually slim to none.  Trump has already stated he plans to run again in 2024.  Looking at the next four years it is not hard to imagine Trump sending out tweets soliciting campaign funds for that campaign.  It does not take much imagination to foresee Trump regularly holding campaign style rallies and fund raisers over the next four years either.  He is already soliciting funds to finance his losing lawsuits contesting his 2020 loss with some of the funds raised going towards his campaign.  As he sees the gullible and ignorant opening up their wallets and purses Trump will never just walk away.  Mar-a-Largo and the Doral will open their cash registers as Trump holds various campaign events at these venues and will, again preying on the gullible and stupid donors, fill their cash drawers in the name of the Trump 2024 campaign.  Once a con man, always a con man.  Trump found a pot of gold in his political venture and you can be certain he will milk that pot of gold for the last dime.
